2016 Employee Voice Award™ Honorees Announced
Presented to Organizations for Excellence in Employee Engagement
Omaha, NE, January 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Quantum Workplace, an employee feedback company well known for its Best Places to Work contest, recognizes 11 organizations for excellence in employee engagement with the Employee Voice Award. Employee engagement is measured by the ability and willingness of individuals to go the extra mile for the benefit of the organization, their tendency to speak highly of the organization, and their intent to stay at the organization.
Employee Voice Award (EVA), established in 2008, recognizes Quantum Workplace’s clients for success in collecting, analyzing, and taking action on employee feedback. The EVA is based on level of participation and employee engagement survey results. It is apparent that these honorees made an effort to improve their organization’s engagement and culture over the past year.
The EVA recognizes small, medium, and large-sized organizations in two categories: Highest Level of Engagement and Raising Engagement. Clients must use Quantum Workplace’s 37 standard survey items and have 50 or more employees to be eligible. The following organizations are this year’s 2016 EVA recipients:

“The best workplaces are those that work on getting better every day. They view their culture as a competitive weapon. These 11 organizations have done just that. Employee engagement is more than just an annual survey. It takes listening, action, and follow-up,” said Greg Harris, President and CEO of Quantum Workplace. “Not only are we excited to recognize each of these organizations for their effort and success, but we are proud of the partnership we have with them.”
