The deal sees the retention of staff and the continuation of operations at 401 Richmond Street West in Toronto, Canada. AttackTrax will be one of the world's leading providers of 100% pre-cleared music in all media.
The deal includes ownership in the flagship AMG libraries Attackin' Tunes, Arabian Music & Raquel's Songs via Cherry Lane Music/BMG, Seven Figure Music, Sabrina's Songs/SOCAN and the rights to represent masters & copyrights in 10 music published libraries internationally including BST Music (Casper), Jayworks, Cantina House Sound (Italy), Waako Records (Shami Media), POP Label, Molto Recordings (Italy), Frontman Publishing, Prismatik Records, B79 Music among others.
This deal will convey significant benefits to AttackTrax clients including mutual contributions to repertoire offering, the arbitrage of US distribution commissions and access to existing international media and music supervision networks. Conversely, the deal adds content to AMG's international offering of AttackTrax master libraries and moves AttackTrax's automated, IT services for a better client tech experience through the Ricall system. AttackTrax also contributes copyright administration and financial payment services to membership partners.
