At CeBIT 2016, Workflow and Process Specialist WMD Shows the xSuite Solution
S4/HANA compatibility/integration, hybrid/cloud scenarios in WMD xSuite, new solutions for archiving, Personnel File, Customer File to be introduced in the ECM Solutions Park.
Ahrensburg, Germany, January 31, 2016 --(PR.com)-- At CeBIT 2016 (March 14 to 18, Hannover Messe), WMD (Workflow Management & Document Consulting) of Ahrensburg/Germany, will present all kinds of new xSuite developments in the ECM Solutions Park (Hall 3, Stand B17). They include bundled workflow solutions for SAP ERP and solution packages that can be used across any other ERP system, as well as best-practice solutions. Along with locally installed solutions, they will offer applications that can be used as a service either for cloud or for hybrid-cloud. The SAP-integrated process solutions of WMD will also be entirely operable with S4/HANA. They include approval and release workflows such as invoice approval.
WMD provides workflow and process solutions in xSuite. A company can combine different modules to form end-to-end solutions, be it for procure-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash or another process. The solutions can be operated on-premises, in the cloud, or as hybrid-cloud solutions. xSuite can be connected to existing systems. It covers the entire life cycle of a document, from scan to archive.
At CeBIT 2016, this will be demonstrated using the example of the digital postal receipt solution xFlow Mailroom. This solution manages the automatic content-based classification of incoming post. It represents a distribution station that receives documents from different sources, processes them automatically, and then forwards them based on an internal ruleset. The flexibility offered by WMD cloud services for incoming post will be subject of the lecture “ECM 2.0 - Integrated company processes made digital from postal receipt to archive” held by WMD representatives on March 16, 2016 in the ECM FORUM (from 15:30 to 16:00).
In Hannover, WMD will also introduce a new archive solution for SAP for storing and retrieving documents via SAP ArchiveLink. This solution is also available as a Web service. The research client that has just been developed is based on the SAP UI5 Framework. The other products that are also being introduced for the first time, Personnel File for SAP and Customer File for SAP, are folder solutions for display and storage of documents in structured form via SAP ArchiveLink as a content provider. Here too, WMD uses the SAP UI5 Framework for structuring static and dynamic folder structures. The folder solutions can be connected with xFlow Interface Office+ for integrating Office documents in ERP systems and Web-scan.
