Set to open in late March 2016, at the new Downey Promenade shopping center, Fresh Griller offers guests the opportunity to build customized meals with seasonally inspired ingredients including: Scorchin’ Kale Salad, Brussel Sprouts, and Apple Zucchini Salad.
With a globally inspired menu, prepared by a team passionate about great food, Fresh Griller is excited to open their scratch kitchen to Downey, CA and the surrounding communities.
Fresh Griller’s focus on sustainability includes using natural building materials and sustainable packaging. In addition, Fresh Griller partners with companies who share their values and high expectations for sustainability, such as Greener Fields Together, whose mission is focused on sustainable, safe and environmentally friendly produce and growing practices.
Guests at the Downey, CA location can customize their Fresh Griller experience by choosing their “style”, a bowl, salad or wrap, and adding their favorite “sizzle”, marinated steak, chicken or grilled tofu. As the experience continues, guests can add their choice of seasonal ingredients, and choose one of Fresh Griller’s chef-driven sauces. All sauces are made from scratch daily, and reflect Fresh Griller’s global inspirations, from the Sweet Ginger Chili to their most popular, Aji Verde, a vegan sauce featuring green onion, cilantro and serrano peppers.
