Aspire InfoLabs Pre-Hires 2015 Batch Candidates
Aspire InfoLabs, a Hyderabad based organization that provides recruitment solutions and employable talent to IT organizations, has pre-hired over 35 candidates from 2015 batch of IT engineers.
Hyderabad, India, February 12, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Aspire InfoLabs, a Hyderabad based Talent Management organization, has recently conducted multiple recruitment drives in Bangalore to identify the best talent from the 2015 batch of engineering graduates.
Over 800 candidates were sourced and pre-screened by the recruitment team of Aspire InfoLabs, out of which 96 were found eligible to attend the client interviews. The pre-screened candidates were then evaluated by the technical panel of the client organization, on various parameters like technical competencies, soft skills and overall fitment to the job profile. This process was conducted over two recruitment drives in Bangalore, and 36 students were shortlisted by the prospective employer to be a part of the further recruitment process.
The Talent Transformation Programs have been designed by Aspire InfoLabs in collaboration with the client, in order to ensure that the shortlisted candidates are assignment ready before getting deployed into the organization. The 40 day program aims at enhancing the technical skills of B.Tech graduates hailing from different academic backgrounds.
All the pre-hired candidates will be deployed as permanent employees at the end of the program, subject to their performance.
