He holds an Honorary Doctorate of Humanity from Tri-County Bible College & Seminary in Maxton, North Carolina. Mr. Austin specialized in training, management and disposal of hazardous materials. He excelled in his leadership skills, operations, finance, quality assurance, and human resources procedures. Mr. Austin’s career accomplishments included reviewing and evaluating compliance issues and concerns. He was instrumental in maintaining compliance with rules and regulations of regulatory agencies and that company policies and procedures were being followed by employees. He provided appropriate introductory training for all new employees and also maintained ongoing training for all employees and managers. Mr. Austin is affiliated as Supreme Chancellor with the Knights of Pythias of North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. He is also the Supreme Worthy Counselor to the Order Court of Calanthe and served 2 years as Worshipful Master of the North Star Lodge. He is the Worshipful Grand Chairman of Credentials for the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Iowa and Jurisdiction, Inc. Mr. Austin has 5 children, 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. In his leisure time, he enjoys vintage cars.
