Mr. Hrapla is experienced in strategic planning, compatibility planning, community planning, contingency planning, and military engineering including project development, concept, design, implementation, requirements development and weapon system beddown programs. He has global experience in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific. He is affiliated with the Association of Defense Communities (ADC) and is a Fellow in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).
Mr. Hrapla was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a M.S. in Facilities Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, travel and motorcycle riding.
