Hospitality Service Consultants Clarion Group & TM Consulting Group Join Forces
Two of the nation’s leading dining and hospitality service consulting firms have joined as a collaborative venture to provide greater resources for their clients, the firms have announced.
Kingston, NH, February 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Tom Mac Dermott, founder and president of Clarion Group and Ted Mayer, founder and president of TM Consulting Group, worked jointly on several projects in 2015 and have decided they can best serve clients on major projects by pooling resources and specialized personnel.
Prior to forming Clarion Group in 1995, Mac Dermott founded and led T J Mac Dermott Corp., a food service management company, and was an operations vice president for two other major regional food service companies, The Seiler Corp. and Daka International, Inc.
Prior to forming TM Consulting Group in 2011, Mayer headed Harvard University’s $110 million dining and hospitality division, an organization larger than all but 23 of the U.S. food service contracting companies. Before joining Harvard, he had been director of auxiliary services at Middlebury College and a regional director of operations for Sodexo, Inc.
In addition to the principals, specialists available include financial analysts, nutritionists, dining facility designers, marketing and merchandising specialists, and interim operations managers.
