Panoptic Realty Group Represents Greenhouse Business Park in Phase I of Leasing

Houston, TX, February 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Panoptic Realty Group, a commercial real estate brokerage firm serving the greater Houston market area, announced the first lease of space within the Greenhouse Business Park development in Katy.

Greenhouse Business Park will be 25,250 square feet with a mix of flex space and retail when completely built out. Tenant applications are now being accepted for all phases of the business park as Phase II breaks ground soon.
