Options Imagined Approved for Support Coordination by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities

Morris Plains, NJ, February 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Options Imagined recently received approval by the New Jersey Department of Health - Division of Developmental Disabilities to provide Support Coordination Services in Bergen, Essex, Middlesex, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex and Union counties.

Support Coordination are services that assist participants in gaining access to needed program and State plan services, as well as needed medical, social, educational and other services. As individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilites (IDD) transition from the education system to the adult world, a Support Coordinator is critical in gaining access to DDD funded services and supports.

In addition to Supports Coordination, Options Imagined provides community based support services, community inclusion support services and supported employment - individual services funded by DDD in Morris and Warren Counties.

Options Imagined also offers music enrichment programs throughout North New Jersey as well as partnerships with Special Needs Schools where donated merchandise is used to benefit both organizations while creating employment opportunities for those with IDD.
