Reparando Raises High Six-Digit Series Seed to Expand Its On-Site Smartphone Repair Service

Stuttgart, Germany, February 14, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Stuttgart based start-up Reparando has raised a high six-digit as part of a seed financing round. The company offers on-site service for smartphone repairs. The investment will be used to finance the further expansion of Reparando.

Current Reparando investors include funds such as Monkfish Equity, Catagonia Capital, and Richmond View Ventures. Furthermore, international Business Angels such as former Telegate-CEO Andreas Albath and online marketing expert Philipp Klöckner invested in the business. According to Professor Stephan Stubner from Monkfish Equity "the excellent team, the promising market size, as well as the impressive speed of executing growth plans were decisive factors in favor of investment."

Reparando will use the raised capital mainly to strengthen its strong growth and to further develop the backend technology which enables the company to fully automate the repair process. Only six months after its start in July 2015, Reparando is already active in twelve German cities. After having raised the series' seed, the company plans to further expand into several German cities in the upcoming months. Ultimately, Reparando wants to establish itself as the leading smartphone repair service in Germany and expand into international markets.
