The property is located at 1070 E Lone Cactus Dr., Phoenix, AZ. The property, a new construction building in a pristine CC&R controlled industrial park, was purchased as a replacement property for a 1031 tax deferred exchange. The property is now being marketed for lease by Sonabend.
