Restaurant Technologies to Acquire Pure Fill Solutions
Acquisition to add 300 customers to Restaurant Technologies’ expanding customer base. Restaurant Technologies announced today that it has acquired Pure Fill Solutions, a cooking oil management systems company based in St. Paul, Minn., that services bakeries, grocery stores and independent restaurants throughout the region. Pure Fill customers will be serviced by Restaurant Technologies’ Minneapolis depot going forward. The sale was finalized today.
