This DoubleTree by Hilton boutique hotel, managed by Sage Hospitality, paired Restaurant Technologies’ total oil management solution with its in-house restaurant, the Corner Office + Martini Bar and its banquet operation. This partnership marks one of Restaurant Technologies’ 376 locations within a growing industry seeking ways to improve back-of-house operations to keep up with front-of-house demands.
