Kansas City, MO, February 24, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Ten years ago, Janine Akers acquired a small base of medical provider clients and started her company in the basement of her North Kansas City home. Today, she peers out the window of her new office with a bird’s eye view of the downtown skyline. DataFile Technologies employs more than 150 associates, serves tens of thousands of healthcare providers across the United States and just recently moved into their new corporate headquarters in Briarcliff.
“It’s amazing to think from our humble beginnings, we now occupy a full floor in this beautiful building,” says Janine Akers, Founder and CEO. “We’ve outgrown three previous spaces and I’m sure we’ll eventually outgrow this one too.”
DataFile Technologies provides outsourced electronic release of information services (eROI), electronic clinical filing services (eFiling) and other document management services for healthcare organizations of all types and sizes.
The company uses proprietary, remote workflows and can act as a fully remote, virtual and HIPAA-secure medical records department for their clients or the various DataFile solutions can be leveraged individually based on the specific needs of the healthcare organization.
