Flanagan as President and Chief Executive Officer effective February 22, 2016. As CEO, Mr. Flanagan succeeds Jay D. Miller, who resigned his position as President and CEO on January 31.
Mr. Flanagan has over 25 years of high-tech experience and is a highly accomplished leader. He has an impressive track record of growing business through establishing successful long-term global relationships with healthcare professionals and partners. He joins IMRIS with senior leadership experience from Siemens Healthcare, SAP and Xerox, as well as serving as CEO for several different high growth companies. Driven with a passion for patience-centricity and healthcare innovation, IMRIS is perfectly positioned to leverage his strong operational and leadership skills.
