Grasshopper Adventures Announce an Epic New Road Cycling Tour in North Vietnam

Hanoi, Vietnam, February 24, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Grasshopper Adventures are excited to announce their first, open to the public, road bike tour in Vietnam! In October this year, Grasshopper will be taking an adventurous group of riders up to the farthest corners of Vietnam on an epic ride, covering both the northeast and northwest regions of Vietnam, concluding in the hilltop town of Sa Pa. Cyclists will ride through hill tribe territory on remote roads through breathtaking mountain scenery, putting themselves to the test on the long mountain climbs and descents, and accruing a total of 753km over 6 days of riding.

This ride is a collaborative project between Grasshopper Adventures and their friends Ride & Seek, a company who offer a range of inspired, quality rides through Europe, with a strong historical context and a high level of service. The joint expertise encompassed by Ride & Seek's experience in running road bike tours and Grasshopper Adventures’ local destination knowledge and resources make this a powerful combination.

This is a ‘Bring Your Own’ bike ride, but rental bikes will be available and some bikes they are! The Lynskey, Titanium framed cyclo cross bike on offer is the perfect bike for this ride; light for the climbs, yet sturdy and durable to survive the rougher roads.

The tour is now open for bookings and is destined to be extremely popular, so early reservations are recommended.
