A Child Actor on the Rise Who Uses His Voice to Take a Stand for Others
Ethan Alexander de’Marsi’s latest work includes his role on “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip” in theaters now, as well as starring with his Mixed Martial Arts Coach in the film, “Project Darkness.”
Los Angeles, CA, February 26, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Ethan Alexander de'Marsi is an actor, animal advocate, model, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) expert and an advocate in standing up against any form of bullying. Especially close to his heart, according to Ethan is his role as a mentor and advocate for children who have been diagnosed with Autism. Ethan received his start as an actor/model at the age of 8. “Project Darkness”, is an action film in which Ethan stars, along with his MMA instructor, Kenji Saykosy. This film is currently in production. “Don't Ever Tell” is another project to which Ethan has been credited. “Don’t Ever Tell” is a 40 minute short film about the "bullying and violence involving the lives of teens and individuals around the world, telling their stories in a drama," according to the film’s IMDb page. It is being made in an effort to create awareness and evoke positive change based on love and compassion. In addition to creating awareness, it will serve the purpose of demonstrating the importance of speaking up for those who are bullied and those who have or will experience it at some point in their lives, as many do. The aforementioned film is secondary, in terms of it being reflective of the short version of the current feature film, in development entitled “Flowers in the Snow.” Ethan stars in “Flowers in the Snow” portraying his character Ian. Both forthcoming films were written by Jennifer Anderson-Bounds of Forbidden Tears Productions and Directed by Paul R. Bounds of Strong River Films. The feature production is set to release in 2016.
Ethan’s most recent role to date includes his work as talent in “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip.” This production made its debut in U.S. in theaters nationally on December 18th of 2015. Ethan has also been the recipient of various awards, such as the National Presidential Fitness Award in both 2013 and 2015, and he was a recipient of a Junior Outstanding Kids Recognition award for his outstanding social advocacy work, due to using his voice to take a stand for others.
