Nation's largest independently owned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise posts $3.1 billion in 2015 sales.
Scottsdale, AZ, March 02, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties, one of the state’s leading residential real estate firms, has released its sales results from 2015. The company completed $3.1 billion in sales in 2015, a 15 percent gain over the previous year.
“We had an incredible year, and attribute much of that success to our commitment to training, coaching and both domestic and international marketing for our clients’ properties,” said Mark Stark, CEO. Stark’s Americana Holdings franchise includes Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices operations in Nevada, Arizona and Southern California. Combined, the companies have 2,500 real estate sales executives and 25 offices. Americana Holdings is the largest independently owned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise in the world.
“Over the past year, we have made significant gains in our representation of Arizona’s luxury homes,” said Stark. “Particularly with luxury homes that have sales prices over $500,000 and $1 million, we increased our sales and market share more than any other company in Arizona. And our average sales price of $408,776 is more than $100,000 higher than the average sales price across the state (source: ARMLS).”
