Each year, ENR California honors twenty (20) young professionals under the age of 40 based on their industry experience and education, career and industry leadership, and community services and involvement.

Mr. Sfeir has over 14 years of extensive experience in Construction and Project Management and currently serves as the Regional Program Liaison at the Los Angeles Community College District, where he is responsible for all Construction and Project Management related activities at Los Angeles Pierce College and Los Angeles Mission College.
Mr. Sfeir holds a master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
