Pacifica’s Ernest Camacho Appointed Chairman of Governing Board for Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center
Pasadena, CA, March 02, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Pacifica is pleased to announce that Ernest Camacho, President and Chief Executive Officer for Pacifica Services, Inc. has been appointed Chairman of the Governing Board for Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center.
“Ernie Camacho has been a stalwart presence on the Governing Board and I am so pleased that he will continue providing his valued leadership and expertise,” said Board Member Ruben Jauregui. “Ernie brings a wealth of experience and much needed insight and I am confident that he will continue to do so as Chairman.”
Prior to his appointment as Chairman, Mr. Camacho served as a Member of the Governing Board and has done so since his appointment in 2012. Mr. Camacho has served with distinction on numerous boards for public sector agencies throughout his career, such as the Loyola Marymount University Board of Regents, Claremont Graduate University Board of Trustees, and notably as the Chairman of the Rail Construction Corporation.
Presently, Mr. Camacho also serves on the Charitable Foundation Board of Directors for White Memorial Medical Center and the Board of Directors for Los Angeles Latino Chamber of Commerce.
Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Mr. Camacho is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacifica Services, Inc., a consulting firm he founded in 1979 that provides various construction, program, and project management services.
