The Path to the Presidency Exhibit Incorporates Custom Design and Provides Unique Interactive Experience at the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum

Dallas, TX, March 04, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Step back in time and get an unusual peek inside the lives of presidents’ campaigns and elections at the new special exhibit at the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, The Path to the Presidency. Mecca Design and Production, a boutique scenic element and services design/build group, collaborated with Howard + Revis to determine how best to implement Tracy Revis’ design for the exhibit, and then fabricated and installed all the elements of the interactive exhibit. From Washington to Obama, the custom CNC-routed, bar chart carpet with cut out words and numbers shows each president and percentage votes gained by party so visitors can literally walk the path of the presidents. The exhibit includes documents, photographs, artifacts and videos from presidential campaigns and elections and gives visitors the chance to deliver a speech from the teleprompter, test their candidate handshakes on a special “Grip-o-meter,” and pose for a campaign poster. Opening today, March 1, 2016 and running through October 9, 2016, visitors can experience this special exhibit, The Path to the Presidency, at the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum located at 2943 SMU Blvd., Dallas, TX 75205.
