Paragon Bank Appoints Senior Vice President, Specialty Lending
Memphis, TN, March 18, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Paragon Bank (OTCBB: PGNN.OB) has hired Thomas "Tee" Shipmon as Senior Vice President of Specialty Lending. Shipmon will report to Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Paragon Bank, and will work out of the office at 5400 Poplar Avenue.

In his new role, Shipmon will provide interim construction financing primarily for franchisees. Prior to joining Paragon, Shipmon served as the President and Co-Founder of WingFinance, and served in a variety of positions at Bank of America and its predecessor banks.
Shipmon received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Baylor University. He currently serves on the Finance Committee for Downtown Church and is a volunteer at New Hope Christian Academy. He previously served as an officer at Second Presbyterian Church and has also served on the Board of Directors of Advance Memphis.
