SourceCon (UK) Legal Services Launch "Access to Affordable Justice" Programme

Cornwall, United Kingdom, March 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- SourceCon (UK) Legal Services have announced the launch of a new service that will benefit those on low incomes in Cornwall, UK.

Owing to the current economic and political climate in the UK, where state funding for access to justice among those who are financially struggling is at a historically low level, the people with the most urgent need for legal assistance and access to legal services are finding it extremely difficult to obtain that access.

The problem is particularly acute in Cornwall where the combination of higher costs of living, a seasonal tourist based economy, an aging population and a weak employment market intensify poverty and restrict access to legal services.

SourceCon (UK) Legal Services has offices in both London and Cornwall, and has taken the decision to implement a policy of providing low cost and / or free legal assistance service to residents of Cornwall who are on a low income. The service will be email based, staffed by legal professionals, will cover Cornwall only and evidence of financial hardship may be required.

The service is intended to provide specific targeted advice to address specific problems or issues and goes live March 25th, 2016.

The service will provide free advice and heavily reduced or fee-free practical assistance, dependent on individual circumstances. It is funded entirely by SourceCon (UK) and receives no state funding or external financial backing.
