PricewaterhouseCoopers Veteran to Lead Cascade Asia's Commercial Due Diligence Practice in Southeast Asia
Southeast Asia boutique consulting firm Cascade Asia taps PricewaterhouseCoopers veteran Stuart Banham to lead its commercial due diligence practice.
Jakarta, Indonesia, March 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Cascade Asia Advisors, a Southeast Asia focused business intelligence consultancy, announced today that Stuart Banham, a former principal of PricewaterhouseCoopers, joins the firm to lead its commercial due diligence practice.

Banham, a management consulting veteran, has led over 25 commercial due diligence projects up to US$3 billion, in over 20 countries. Some of his past clients have included The Coca-Cola Company, Kraft Foods, Tata Group, Apollo Global Management and Rabobank.

While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Banham lead major engagements in strategy, deals, transformations and performance improvement. Among other large engagements, he was the key advisor to the transformation of Australia Post’s AU$1.5 billion Parcels Division for over 18 months. The project was one of the largest and most successful transformations in Australia in the last 5 years.
Banham earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Australia and an MBA from the Bath Business School in the United Kingdom.
