He began his career as an office manager but after learning about mortgage loan programs and guidelines, he quickly became an important support coordinator between sales, in-house operations, and account executives to ensure that all files were moving through the process smoothly. He handled several branches, which included roughly 30 loan officers.

LeBron has strong goals to become a mortgage leader in the Richmond and surrounding communities by building positive working relationships with referral partners and establishing connections with his borrowers.
