After 14 Years, Aaron Carter is Back on Top; Set to Release First Single “Fool’s Gold” on April 1st

Los Angeles, CA, March 25, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Aaron Carter prepares to release his first album in nearly 14 years, with the first single, “Fool’s Gold”, premiering on PerezHilton.com on April 1st. The music video will also premiere April 1st on Billboard.com. “Fool’s Gold” is a departure from his previous music, and Aaron wants to show the world how much he has grown up.
Aaron has already had massive success within the music industry, having started his career at just 7 years old. Now, at 28 years old, Aaron is starting over, for all intents and purposes, and is proud to share his story. The upcoming release has already grabbed headlines in outlets like Esquire, US Weekly and more. His recent interview with GQ Magazine also made the number one trending topic on Facebook!
With writing and producing credits on this yet to be released album, Aaron is preparing to re-emerge as the artist he’s wanted to be and not the 12 year old singer he once was. After successful stints on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, and an off-Broadway production of The Fantasticks, Aaron returned to creating music and honing his craft, which led to his first full-length album in almost 14 years.
The full album entitled, “LøVë", will be released later this year on his own label, Rakkaus Records. “Fool’s Gold” will be available on iTunes, Spotify, and more.
Some of Aaron’s past accolades include winning multiple awards, including a Teen Choice Award, Kid’s Choice Award, and a Radio Disney Music Award. He is also listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the youngest singer to have four consecutive top ten singles in the UK.
Aaron has currently been on the road, performing cluster dates throughout the country to introduce his new music to his fans. A red carpet single release party will be held in Los Angeles on April 1st, sponsored by Vita Coco and The Candy Vixen.
