Louisville Real Estate Pros Win Big at the 2015 Keller Williams Louisville East Awards Ceremony
Pam Ruckriegel led her team to a successful year in real estate, and the Keller Williams Louisville East office took note!
Louisville, KY, March 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Louisville Real Estate Pros of Keller Williams Realty Louisville East consisted of two agents and two administrative team members during the 2015 year. This placed LREP in a category competing against other same-sized teams within the Louisville East office.
The awards presented to the team were:
2015 Top Team Highest GCI – 1st Place
2015 Top Team Units Closed – 3rd Place
2015 Top Team Listings Taken – 3rd Place
1st Place for Highest GCI (Gross Commission Income) shows that Louisville Real Estate Pros brought in the highest dollar amount as commission of all teams within the office. In their case, this is a result of their high number of closings for the year. Basing this competition on actual commission instead of selling prices evens the playing field among agents. Commission amounts may vary based on the terms of a contract, so judging GCI instead of overall price provides a fair competition.
3rd Place for Units Sold is a result of Louisville Real Estate Pros’ record-breaking 2015 year. The team closed on 49 properties (both buyers and sellers), so they took part in assisting 98 people/families throughout the year. 17 of these transactions were home sellers, and 32 were home buyers. At times, the team worked with clients who were both selling and buying homes.
Louisville Real Estate Pros took in a final award of 3rd Place for Listings Taken. The average listing price of homes they put on the market was $253,223. LREP listings started at $115,000 and went all the way up to $500,000. (Transactions on the buying side topped out at $935,000.)
The team is proud of all of their hard work but says they ultimately owe their successes to their wonderful clients. “2015 was a great year. We met knew people, grew our relationships with clients, worked hard, and had fun! If it wasn’t for all of our amazing clients, we wouldn’t have the business we currently do,” Ruckriegel states. “As for the awards, it’s an honor to have our hard work recognized! Working in real estate takes dedication and a constant willingness to learn, and Keller Williams continues to provide us with countless educational opportunities each month. I truly enjoy working for this company!”
Pam Ruckriegel continues to pave the way for her team through staying up-to-date on all the current market trends and mixed media marketing techniques. She plans to expand her success in 2016 through constant contact with clients and team growth.
