Milwaukee, WI, March 31, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Another baby boomer turns 65 every eight seconds, according to Caring Across Generations, and the number of elderly in Southeast Milwaukee County needing assistance with day-to-day activities will only grow. For more than 40 years, Interfaith Older Adult Programs has been the leading nonprofit organization meeting the needs of older adults and caregivers. In the South Shore Region alone, more than 900 older adults receive free transportation for medical appointments, personal home visits and minor home chores through Interfaith’s Neighborhood Outreach Program.

To continue their work, Interfaith Older Adult Programs is hosting its third annual Wine & Beer Tasting at The Basilica on Thursday, April 21, 2016, 6:30 - 9pm at The Basilica of St. Josaphat, 2333 S. 6th Street in Milwaukee.
