Hanbay Inc. to Unveil New Spring Return Feature for Explosion-Proof Actuators at NPGA 2016

Montreal, Canada, April 05, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Hanbay, the manufacturer of compact electric valve actuators, announced today that the new fail-safe feature for the R-Series®, Explosion-proof Actuator will be unveiled at the upcoming NPGA 2016 show taking place in Nashville, TN, April 8 – 10, 2016 at booth 953.

The R-Series actuator, built with a CSA / UL certified explosion-proof enclosure (Class 1, Div 1, Groups B, C, D) now comes with an optional spring return fail-safe feature that ensures valve automation in hazardous locations is quickly shut off during power outages.

Built with brushless DC motor, the tough and rugged actuator is available in several control options that deliver precise flow control for open-close or multi-turn applications. The new fail-safe feature along with the line of M-Series® and R-Series miniature electric actuators will be on display at the NPGA show.
