The call center establishes a new home for the company, which offers services such as medical records retrieval and retrieval of other reports related to the insurance industry. The company also performs Personal History Inspections with its Source Access Management System (SAMS) software. Technology plays an important role in the medical record retrieval process, but the process still requires professionally trained operators who are skilled in stressing the urgency or retrieving each set of records.
