Mims Distributing Company Announces Addition of Sinegal Estate to Wine Portfolio
North Carolina Beer and Wine Distributor Partners with California Winery Focused on Micro-Farming.
Raleigh, NC, April 02, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Mims Distributing Company, a leading North Carolina wholesale beverage distributor, has announced its new partnership with Sinegal Estate, a winery located in Napa Valley, California. With the first grape vines planted on the 30-acre estate in the 1800s, Sinegal Estate has a rich wine history. Owner David Sinegal brought together an all-star team with winemaker Tony Biagi and vineyard manager Jim Barbour in order to produce some of Napa’s best Cabernet Sauvignon.
The team follows a detailed process, which Sinegal estimates to include as many as 1,403 steps from field to vine to glass. The team focuses on every detail and uses cutting edge technology to measure phenolic details throughout the entire winemaking process. The results have been impressive 95 point or higher scores from wine critic Robert Parker on three of the wines in the very first vintage.
