C.O.B.R.A.™ Self-Defense System is Now in Frederick, MD

The program has been created from years of real-life experience and training in the areas of law enforcement, corrections, martial arts and reality-based, hand-to-hand combat. Also included in the program are many psychological and verbal combat tactics as they relate to self-defense. C.O.B.R.A.™ is an exclusive program which will provide realistic and, more importantly, effective self-defense for anyone who participates.

The C.O.B.R.A.™ program was created by Chris Sutton, an experienced law enforcement and corrections officer in Clearwater, Florida, to arm the public with a high level of personal security, and the ability to survive in today’s world. Just as someone buys insurance for their car because they cannot control how other people drive, everyone should invest in their own personal safety by learning self-defense.

Mr. Sutton uses the following analogy; “When a Bad Guy picks a target, they will demand that the target write a check (this is to represent the amount of self-defense training and knowledge the target has). It may be that the Bad Guy calls the target a name and walks off. That would be a $5 check. It also may be the Bad Guy choking the target on the ground. This would be a $500,000 check.
