CommLab India's Annual Loyalty Day Festivities
CommLab India held its annual loyalty day to celebrate its success and recognize the commitment and contribution of its employees.
Hyderabad, CA, April 03, 2016 --(PR.com)-- CommLab India celebrated its fifth annual loyalty day on the 26th of March with its employees, vendors, their families, and well-wishers. This one-its-kind event is conducted by CommLab to recognize and reward its employees who work ceaselessly for the organization and their families who support them and make this incredible journey possible.
The event started with the CEO and co-founder, Mr. RK Prasad's speech who lauded the collective efforts of the CommLab family in attaining an excellent 87% customer satisfaction index. With around 40 of its 120 employees being partners in CommLab's quest for excellence for the past 5 years and more, he shared the top reasons for this fruitful relationship - challenging job roles, exciting opportunities for growth, and being recognized - and emphasized that a pinch of loyalty is worth a pound of competence.
Reflecting on the diversity that unites CommLab, Mr. RK Prasad said, "CommLab is a mini-India. We have people from all parts of the country. We speak many languages and follow many religions. But we live happily and peacefully, with mutual respect, love and affection. We are one big family, one big team."
Dr. Ayesha Habeeb Omer, the COO and co-founder, extoled the efforts of every employee that went into scripting a success story in the past year. The spotlight was now on the employees who made the journey remarkable. 35 Top Performers and 11 Star Performers from all departments were given special awards for their exemplary work. 3 achievers were felicitated for going above and beyond the call of duty. These outstanding contributions included developing mobile apps for clients, devising innovative game-based instructional strategies and excellent AGILE project management for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Family members too were thanked for their unseen yet momentous impact on CommLab’s success. They were given small tokens to express love and appreciation. The day ended on a happy note with everyone partaking in the love feast with friends and family.
