Wanke Associates, LLC acquires Minnesota based CFC Holdings LLC, dba as CFC Technology.

(dba CFC Technology http://www.cfctechnology.com/), a Remote Deposit Capture and banking software provider based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
Founded in 1998, CFC Technology has been a leading provider in Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Banking and Business Continuity. CFC Technology currently provides services in over 25 states with a focus on community banks and credit unions. CFC Technology and its existing management team will continue to run as an independent subsidiary of Wanke Associates.
