Former Property Manager Christina Atwater Joins Irvine Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties

Irvine, CA, April 07, 2016 --(PR.com)-- After more than 20 years as a property manager, Christina Atwater has joined the Irvine office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as a REALTOR®-Sales Associate.

“My father came from Croatia in the 1930s and worked hard to purchase multifamily properties, which I ultimately managed,” Atwater said. “I finally decided to take the full plunge into real estate in 2015. I started with rehabbing distressed single-family residences and obtained my real estate license shortly thereafter. Once the homes are ready for market, I love marketing and selling the properties.”

Atwater belongs to the Orange County Investment Club (FIBI-For Investors by Investors), which keeps her up to date on the market and connected with other investors. She earned a bachelor of science degree in criminology from the University of California, Irvine, and is fluent in the Serbo-Croatian language.

Born and raised in the fishing town of San Pedro, Calif., Atwater and her family have lived in Orange County for the past 15 years. “My No. 1 hobby is being a mom,” she said. “I have three sons who occupy much of my free time. Between basketball and volleyball tournaments, my weekends can get busy. I also like to take mini RV vacations with my family. We love Newport Dunes and Ocean Mesa at El Capitan.”
