White House Marketing Announces Growth and Looking to Expand National Footprint
White House Marketing is excited about growths into new markets, including San Diego and Tucson, now preparing to expand its National footprint in 2016.
Riverside, CA, April 07, 2016 --(PR.com)-- White House Marketing is a business that has been built on constantly growing, developing, and reaching new communities. It boasts a loyal, energetic and motivated workforce, which loves the jobs they do and have been given the knowhow and training they need to run their own businesses in the future.
White House Marketing opened the new headquarters in Corona, California in June 2015. Since December, WHM has opened up two more office locations in San Diego and Tucson. In each of these markets, the managers trained under Don W., White House Marketing’s President. Don said, “I’m very proud of all of my managers; however, the San Diego and Tucson locations are growing faster than I could have imagined.” The San Diego office has since doubled in size, instilling the same management training plan in its new hires. Don continued by saying, “That office [San Diego] is about to outgrow itself; and, I can’t be more excited for that manager.”
Both new offices locations are maintaining the standards of professionalism and structures for growth. This professionalism has made the clients, brand ambassadors, and customers very satisfied with the results and integrity upheld by White House Marketing’s employees.
White House Marketing to Expand its National Footprint
White House Marketing has unveiled its plans for the upcoming year to expand the national footprint. It aspires to expand into four new locations in 2016. White House Marketing will continue to use its powerful management training methods to place managers in these new locations.
White House Marketing has already begun the process of seeking out new markets. WHM will start to road trip these four new locations in advance, ensuring the managers have experience in these areas prior to running an office there. All of these road trips take place after the future manager has made it to a leadership position. Don stated, “Out of all of the locations, I have my eye on several people currently to become these next growing managers. But, because the company is merit-based, any of those people could be bypassed by someone that starts tomorrow. That’s what makes it so exhilarating.” This merit-based structure makes White House Marketing unique from other companies. Don concluded by stating that “all of my managers and managers-in-training are working hard now so they can play hard later.” On average, a manager can get all the training completed in four to six months.
