Arteric Appoints New Group Account Supervisor; Fast-Growing Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Digital Agency Strengthens Account Services

Heather joins Arteric from DigitasLBi in New York, where she led the Pitney Bowes account, with key initiatives including the global redesign and rebuild of pitneybowes.com as well as the launch of Pitney Bowes' first large-scale media campaign in more than 20 years.

Before working at DigitasLBi, Heather worked at LBi Health (MRY) and Heartbeat Digital. Her clients included J&J, UCB, GlaxoSmithKline, and BMS; and she worked across therapeutic categories such as immunology, oncology, and medical devices. At LBi Health (MRY), she led the redesign and relaunch of Tylenol.com. At Heartbeat Digital, she led the digital launch of Cimzia when it was approved for the Crohn's disease and rheumatoid arthritis indications.
Heather is a highly trained communications professional. In addition to having a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Michigan, she is a registered dietitian. Heather did her dietetics coursework at NYU and her dietetics internship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering. Through that training and experience, she learned how to provide health information to a consumer audience and she gained insight into the day-to-day lives of doctors and other healthcare professionals as well as patients and caregivers.
