Wedding Expo Comes to Modesto, California
Modesto, CA, April 12, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Get Married Bridal Events is bringing its Wedding Expo to Modesto on Sunday, April 17, 2016 to the Modesto Centre Plaza from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
The Wedding Expo is tailored for brides and grooms looking to make important decisions about their big day, and will bring important and influential wedding vendors to one convenient location. Future couples can talk one-on-one with a variety of food, drink, entertainment and fashion vendors to view products and services, and receive expo only discounts. Hundreds of brides and grooms are expected to turn out to the expo.

This year, the expo is proud to have partnered with North America’s largest specialty retailer of arts, crafts, framing, floral, wall décor, and seasonal merchandise for hobbyist and do-it-yourself home décor, Michaels to create the “I DO DIY” area. This interactive section will allow attendees to get do-it-yourself idea for their wedding day and execute them with the help of professionals. DIY weddings have become an important part of the wedding process as the Pinterest age descends, and this area is designed to help brides who are on a budget create beautiful centerpieces and more. Designers from Michaels will be on hand to answer questions and all products used in the area will be available at their stores throughout the state. This exclusive addition to the Wedding Expo will be free with the price of admission.
Another highlight of the expo will be 2 mini fashion shows that also come free with the cost of admission. Guests will be able to view a variety of fashion pieces from The Bridal Station & Wedding Chapel (Modesto, CA), Just for You Boutique (Manteca, CA) and Formal Connection (Stockton, CA). The fashion shows will also feature plus sizes. Show times will be 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
Special guests to this year’s event includes the 2014 Ms. California Plus America winner, Chere Lenise who will be a model during the fashion show. Entertainment and hosting duties will be performed by radio DJ D Ferreira.
