SSON's Excellence Awards honor shared service center and service delivery teams that have excelled within one of five categories: Best Shared Services Team, Best Process Improvement and Innovation, Excellence in Transformation, Excellence in Culture Creation, and Excellence in People and Communications. A panel of expert practitioners from across the services delivery community judges the entries, selecting winners through unanimous agreement. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Dublin, Ireland on May 24, during the 16th Annual European Shared Services & Outsourcing Week.
Itera is a finalist in the Excellence in Transformation category, for transforming the composition of its nearshoring IT teams to build-up the greatest organizational efficiency and value to its customers.
