RAM Technologies, Inc. Provides Johns Hopkins HealthCare with New Core Administrative Processing Platform
Fort Washington, PA, April 14, 2016 --(PR.com)-- RAM Technologies, Inc. is now working with Johns Hopkins HealthCare (JHHC) to upgrade their core administrative systems, enabling them to better serve their membership and provider network. The infrastructure improvement project, featuring RAM’s HEALTHsuite® Mercato administrative platform, will increase automation and simplify compliance efforts across Johns Hopkins’ health plan operations.
The new administrative platform will streamline the Johns Hopkins HealthCare systems portfolio, enabling JHHC to retire two (2) administrative systems currently being used to administer their healthcare business. HEALTHsuite Mercato from RAM Technologies will be used by Johns Hopkins to administer their four (4) lines of business: Priority Partners (Managed Medicaid), Johns Hopkins Employer Health Programs (EHP), Johns Hopkins Uniformed Services Family Health Plan (USFHP) and Elder Plus (PACE Plan).
