Mr. Trease has over 25 years experience in the HVAC field. He is a Partner, Commercial Sales and System Engineer for Carrier West which is a distributor providing HVAC equipment, services, controls, sales and engineering services in Colorado and nationally. He is responsible for sales of large commercial properties, providing advice and support. Mr. Trease manages a team of 15. He is affiliated with the D.B.I.A., the N.A.I.O.P. and the A.S.H.R.A.E.

Mr. Trease obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. In his spare time he enjoys family activities, skiing and mountain biking.
