Mr. Zheng has over 10 years experience in the real estate field. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Winzone Realty Inc. which is a Real Estate Agency serving Long Island, New York. He is responsible for residential and commercial sales, rentals and real estate services. He acts as a liaison in negotiations between buyers and sellers to minimize time and cost to sellers and serves as a comprehensive advisory to clients regarding property screening. In addition, Mr. Zheng develops strong relationships with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors to provide a one-stop-shop service to all of his clients. He works with more than 800 licensed real estate agents in his organization. He speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Zheng obtained a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing from Dowling College in 2004 where he was on the Dean’s List and National Dean’s List for four years. He was a member of the National Honor Society, the Dowling College Honor Society and Who’s Who Among American College Students. He was the New York State DECA Marketing Math 1st place winner and was recognized as a New York State Scholar Athlete in 2000 for competitive swimming. Mr. Zheng is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He is also a Licensed IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer and IRS Enrolled Agent. He is certified for Restaurant Operations from the NYU Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management since 2010 and has been invited to teach a NYU restaurant operation class about commercial leasing. In his spare time Mr. Zheng enjoys mathematics, computers, traveling to different countries, community service teaching youth about his real estate and restaurant experience, public speaking and fitness.
