Fayola Delica's District 108 State Rep. Campaign Kickoff Set for Thursday
Miami, FL, April 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Candidate for FL State Representative for House District 108 Fayola Delica will kick off her campaign on Thursday, April 28 at O'King Grill Restaurant in North Miami, FL from 6pm to 9pm.
At the home-style event, attendees are invited to connect with Ms. Delica and enjoy free appetizers and music.
"As a native and resident, the well-being of my Miami-Dade neighbors is a personal interest of mine," Ms. Delica said in preparation for the kickoff. "We deserve unrestricted access to healthcare, effective schools and an end to gun violence. It will take a grassroots movement of personally affected and invested people, like myself, to make our community safer and more appealing. Face-to-face discussions and authentic encounters with my constituents ensures I have a pulse on what matters most. These are the issues I will take to Tallahassee in November - the voice of the people is what matters."
Having previously worked alongside current FL State Representative for HD 108 Daphne Campbell and a Fellow in the New Leaders Council, Ms. Delica has made notable accomplishments in the district, including her recent appointment to the City of North Miami Youth Opportunity Board by Mayor Dr. Smith Joseph.
