NEFCAP Represents Digital Crossing Networks in Sale to The Nexus Group

NEF Capital Advisors (NEFCAP), a specialized advisory firm facilitating transactions in the data center and telecommunications space, announced the acquisition of Digital Crossing Networks (DCN) by The Nexus Group, Inc. (Nexus). Nexus will continue to operate the data center under the Digital Crossing Networks brand. NEFCAP served as the exclusive advisor to DCN. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition of one of Knoxville’s largest data centers is an excellent strategic fit for Nexus.
