Dunkin' Donuts Opens a New Location in Boca Hamptons Plaza
Current Capital Realty completes lease with Dunkin Donuts in Boca Raton.
Boca Raton, FL, April 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Current Capital Realty announces the completion of a lease to bring Dunkin Donuts to the Boca Hamptons Shopping Plaza, a 100,000 Square Foot Shopping Center on Lyons Road in Boca Raton, FL. Steven Rafailovitc, Director of Leasing at Current Capital Group, led the closing of a lease agreement to take prime space at the front of the plaza. This brings another national tenant to the plaza, joining current anchors Walgreens, Humana, Bank United, Wells Fargo & more.
This new location will serve the surrounding residential areas of the Boca Hamptons Plaza, including the Century Village Community and nearby Olympic Heights Highschool. The storefront has direct exposure to traffic on Lyons Road and is located near the main entrance of the plaza.
The Boca Hamptons Plaza is about to undergo a complete restoration and enhancement to the building and entire site. The first phase of the project will focus on redevelopment of the building, bringing it up to the luxurious standards of the Boca Raton area. The construction project, led by Current Capital Management and Todd Nepola, has been approved and permits have been obtained.
