Fusfoo Media Forms Partnership with AASA and NHSCA
New Fusfoo Media Partnership with the School Superintendents Association (AASA) and the National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA)
New York, NY, April 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Fusfoo Media LLC, developer of the first national high school-only digital network, announced today it has formed strategic relationships with The School Superintendents Association (AASA) and the National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA).
Fusfoo is the first national high school digital network where both video and editorial content is created by high school students for high school students. Fusfoo offers students the opportunity to manage their own school channels as well as share and view content with other high schools across the country. Evan Denner, Fusfoo co-founder, states, “Receiving support from two well-known and respected academic associations is a great validation that we are on the right track to providing something unique and special to high schools and students.”
Fusfoo offers students and local community members an easy way to stay connected to all of their high school news, local, national and international events – all delivered through the eyes of high school students. Students who participate in the program will be able to export their Fusfoo portfolio of work and include it with college applications as well as for internship and job interviews.
AASA is the premier organization for our nation’s superintendents, serving more than 13,000 school district leaders throughout the United States. “As we work to ensure that rich learning experiences are being delivered to our students through digital technologies, we are pleased to partner with Fusfoo Media and the National High School Coaches Association,” said Daniel A. Domenech, Executive Director, AASA. “This initiative will serve as a catalyst for our nation’s high school students as they create pathways for college and their careers.”
Mike Wiley, Chairman of the NHSCA, added: "The NHSCA is proud to be partners with Fusfoo on their high school digital network. We believe the content will highlight the positive impact coaches make in the lives of high school student-athletes across the country."
Fusfoo’s current pilot program will launch September 2016 in conjunction with the new academic school year. Co-founder Bob Ferraro, Jr. added, “The Fusfoo platform provides high school students interested in the field of communications a one-of-a-kind opportunity. Whether they are interested in being producers, editors, journalists or anything else they can dream of, students will have the opportunity to be responsible for their own newsroom and content creation under the guidance of their high school advisor.”
