Featuring an easy-to-use direct bagging system, the Bagger Vac emits zero dust, minimalizes any contact with its contents, and keeps users safe from exposure to harmful materials during the collection and disposal process, such as crystalline silica dust.
At the center of the Bagger Vac is its state-of-the-art internal counter-weighted drop system. This fully gasketed, air-tight system entails a gravity discharge plate that remains sealed while the vacuum is in operation, and releases contents into the bag when the vacuum is turned off. Unlike other direct bagging systems, the Bagger Vac is both universally compatible with almost any type of bagging container and is also available with an optional LongoPac® basket collector. This collector securely attaches to the drop system, and allows for continuous discharge into LongoPac® bags while keeping users safe from exposure to materials.
Combined with the Bagger Vac's specially engineered ability to separate fine dust and debris such as concrete, these features will increase your vacuum’s collection capacity and filter life, thus reducing costs and maintenance time.
