South Shore Ad Club re-launches with networking event at Lantana’s on Feb. 5

Kingston, MA, January 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The last great reunion after a 13-year hiatus took place during the Eagles’ “Hell Freezes Over Tour”. The South Shore Ad Club is hoping 13 turns out to be just as lucky as they reconvene with a networking event, The South Shore Ad Club Housewarming Party, to be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Lantana’s, located at 43 Scanlon Drive in Randolph.

Webster Printing of Hanson, Massachusetts, and South Coastal Bank of Rockland, Massachusetts, will co-sponsor the “Housewarming Party.” The price of admission for the event is $20 for non-members, $10 for members. Copywriters, graphic designers, Web designers, ad agencies, pr agencies, photographers, printers, typesetters, corporate communications professionals, marketing professionals, printers, videographers and small businesses are welcome to attend.

“The South Shore Ad Club was a great place for creative professionals to not only meet and network with other creative professionals from this area, but to learn something from the wide range of speakers we brought in,” said Steve Dubin, owner of PR Works, former President of the South Shore Ad Club and active in resurrecting the organization.

“By starting the Ad Club back up, we’re trying to create a similar networking/educational vehicle for both new and former members. That includes the CEOs and communications executives from larger companies from the Boston-area who may not realize the vast amount of creative talent available here on the South Shore,” noted Dubin.
