The objective of this live peer discussion is to identify how to successfully execute run cost reduction plans, how to fund innovation and how to overcome the related talent challenges. Participation will be limited to CxO’s only in order to establish a trusting environment for peer-to-peer discussions, collaborative problem solving and idea sharing. All attendees are encouraged to actively participate in each discussion.
